“I’m an anxious person but put on a smile for every situation. This leaves me feeling more winded then I should be for even the smallest of interactions. Always in my head judging a persons next move, I’ve developed a cautious inner monologue about everyone I see. Seeking some help in understanding this behavior led me to coaching with Cory. His calm tempered attitude allowed me to feel at ease when expressing myself. Every meet with Cory delved into all matters of my life which included the anxiety I’d been experiencing with my partner. Cory always asked the right questions which in turn had me asking myself questions that I’d never thought to ask before. The coaching has made me see anxiety in a new light that allows me to understand it in a healthier context.
